She claims that Phyna’s remarks from the most recent BBN ‘Level Up’ reunion are defamatory, and this is the basis for her lawsuit.
On the programme, Phyna and Chichi got into a furious argue about Chichi’s alleged abandonment of her “husband and children” in Benin City, which she said led to the death of one of her kids.

Along with reiterating her remarks from the show, she used Snapchat to accuse Chichi with poisoning her friend in Cyprus before leaving.

The reality TV star and her legal team refuted both of the untrue allegations. The conditions were given down by her attorneys, who demanded that Phyna withdraw her claims across all of her social media sites, publish her retraction in three reputable newspapers, and pay damages in the amount of $100,000,000.

These accusations are based on images that went viral in January 2023. People believed Chichi’s husband and toddler in those photos since they showed her with them.

She made it clear that the man in the photo was not her spouse but rather her father’s youngest sibling.
A number of endorsement deals and collaborations have been lost for Chichi as a result of Phyna’s accusations and defamatory statements, according to the star’s attorneys.
Phyna has not addressed the complaint in the media.
