According to the BBC, American police have raided a residence in relation with the murder of Tupac Shakur. The unsolved murder of musician Tupac Shakur was the subject of a search warrant this week, according to the United States Police in Nevada.

Detectives searched a residence in Henderson, a Las Vegas suburb, where Shakur was shot and killed in September 1996. In light of the ongoing investigation into his murder, Las Vegas Metropolitan police withheld additional information about the search.

Shakur was 25 years old when he died. No suspects have been taken into custody, and no arrests have been made. Less than 20 miles (32 km) separate the home searched for from the Las Vegas Strip, where Shakur was shot in a drive-by shooting.
