A poster with the image of Afrobeats musician Davido was set on fire by Muslims in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State, as shown in a video.
This comes after the artist received criticism for posting a song video of his newest signee, Logos Olori, dancing and worshipping in front of a mosque alongside individuals wearing Islamic garb.
Many Muslims insisted that Davido’s tweet was inappropriate and disrespectful because a mosque is not a dance club, and Davido eventually gave in and removed it.
