U.S. Bureau will look into Hushpuppi’s birthday feast in the prison

According to Peoples Gazette, the U.S. Bureau of Prisons announced that it will investigate Ramon “Hushpuppi” Abbas, a Nigerian prisoner serving an 11-year sentence, following the release of a viral video purporting to show Abbas and others having a feast inside what was purported to be his detention facility in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

The jail facility informed Peoples Gazette on Thursday that “we take these matters seriously” and that the “investigative department” will be in charge of the investigation to find out the truth—or lack thereof—about the widely shared video.

Recall that on January 22, 2024, Tunde Adekunle, also known as Tunde Ednut, had his birthday. Tunde Adekunle is an ally of Hushpuppi.

While fans & other celebrities joined the birthday across Nigeria & parts of the U.S, a video surfaced showing a feast of different foods, including jollof rice, pasta & soda drinks in what appeared to be a prison facility
