“I’d be delusional to think she wouldn’t need companionship for 10 good years. She’s human and has feelings.”
Kartel explained that when he asked his wife about it, she admitted the truth — and instead of holding a grudge, he chose to forgive her. The reason? Despite everything, she was the only one who stood by him, supported him, and remained loyal in every other way during his time in prison.
According to Kartel, “that kind of loyalty outweighs one mistake.”
